I started working out with Jennifer in January of last year. I was impressed with how she immediately recognized my physical strengths and weaknesses. She was quick to identify which exercises would work for me but would not aggravate my knee condition. Being a single working mom requires that my schedule is fluid for my son and for my work.
Since I started training with Jennifer, my blood pressure has dropped and I sleep better at night. I can do push-ups and planks! I feel stronger and I able to play with my son for longer periods of time. I am not tired at work. I truly look forward to training with Jennifer because it is the best stress reliever.
I definitely recommend Jennifer as personal trainer. She is so much more! She is the best goal setter, motivator, and goal supporter!
